Tithes & Donations
Old Testament law directs God's people to give 10% of their income to support those who faciltate and minister in the temple of God instead of working for profit and gain.
In the New Testament tithing is still for the purpose of making sure our ministers are looked after and the less forunate are cared for. The exception is that Jesus removes any obligation to give anything and only requires that what we do give we give it according to our "level" of faith and to give it gladly.
You're under no obligation to give and you dont have to give to join us. However we know that giving is an act of worship and trusting that God provides for us.
100% of what you give supports the church and its ministries.
Missions
We support a number of missions both overseas and in Australia. This means a portion of our budget is dedicated to funding the work they do and partnering with them in their ministries to impact the world with the good news of God's Kingdom. We will sometimes take up an offering for a specific mission or visitng ministry and 100% of what is taken up at those times goes directly to them. You can give cash or by bank transfer specifying the ministry or mission you're supporting.
